I'm Johny Burns, a real estate broker in Spokane. My job is to help you buy or sell a house without the runaround. That means answering when you call, telling you what I actually think, and doing the work that gets you a good result instead of just a closed deal.

The edge I bring is on the marketing side. I've spent the last five years running a marketing company for local businesses, so I know how buyers search online, how listings show up in Google and AI results, and how to run ads, email, and social to put your home in front of the right people. Most brokers list a house and wait. I don't.
